Amazon India has elevated Anuradha Aggarwal to the role of Director- Marketing and Growth, where she has been entrusted with steering brand building, customer engagement, and growth strategies across the e-commerce giant’s operations in India.
She has posted on her LinkedIn announcing this move, sharing that she is excited to take on the new charter and build on her journey within Amazon.
Prior to this, Aggarwal has held diverse leadership roles across consumer goods, telecom, media, and technology sectors. She has been serving as Director, User Growth and CMO at Amazon Pay from April 2022 to August 2025, before which she was Strategic Business Advisor at D2C startups between January 2021 and March 2022.
She has worked with Star TV Network as Cluster Head- Kids, Infotainment and English Channels from July 2019 to December 2020, and as Chief Marketing Officer at Marico between August 2015 and December 2018. She has been Marketing Director- Biscuits, Asia Pacific at Mondelēz International from January 2014 to August 2015, and Senior Vice President- Brand Communications, Insights and Online at Vodafone India from April 2010 to December 2013.
Earlier, she spent close to a decade at Unilever in India and globally in multiple roles.
