ITV Network has announced the elevation of Akshansh Yadav as Chief Executive Officer for its Digital division, marking a significant step in the company’s broader strategy to revamp and strengthen its digital presence.
Yadav shared the news on LinkedIn, writing, “Under the inspirational leadership of our promoter, Mr. Kartikeya Sharma, and the editorial vision of Dr. Aishwarya Pandit, I am both honoured and privileged to step into the role of CEO for Digital at ITV Network. I am confident that we will redefine the digital landscape and set new benchmarks for innovation, engagement, and impact.”
Prior to this elevation, Yadav had been serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer at ITV Network since February 2025. He had also briefly held the CEO – Digital role in August 2025 before the formal announcement.
Previously, he was General Manager at India Today from July 2024 to February 2025. Before that, he spent over a year at Zee Media, first as Head of Digital Products from February 2023 to October 2023, and then as Chief Product and Technology Officer from October 2023 to March 2024. He also worked with India Today earlier, from March 2022 to February 2023, in the role of General Manager.
In the insurance sector, Yadav was Assistant Vice President at Canara HSBC Life Insurance from March 2020 to March 2022, where he drove product innovation and digital transformation. His earlier stints include Associate Director at CarDekho Group from September 2019 to March 2020, Senior Product Manager at Zee Media from November 2017 to August 2019, and Digital Product Manager at ABP Network from February 2016 to October 2017.
