Jio has changed the Indian telecom industry with its quality service and affordable prices. It has made other companies lower their rates and provide better services. The customer is the one who has benefitted from this situation as companies value their users more than earlier.
Brands including Airtel, Idea, and Vodafone are trying everything to retain their positions in Indian market but o far they have been unable to do so.
Twitter has become a popular medium to write their views about the brands they are using. Modern-day customers feel comfortable to complain about something on social media platforms. One of Airtel’s customer expressed his disappointment over Airtel’s network on twitter and this started a brand fight between Airtel and Jio.
Subham Sahoo is the name of the customer and here’s what he tweeted:
@Airtel_Presence Really very bad service in my village pin:-766106.I'm going to Port from Airtel to jio. Num:-7894587277 jio.@reliancejio

Both Airtel and Jio were quick to recognise this tweet and started fighting for the customer. Firstly, Jio asked the customer to share his details and Airtel asked the customer to change his mind and give another chance.
Thank you for showing interest in Jio. We would be glad to have you onboard. Please DM the applicant’s full name, email ID and state name along with the area PIN code to assist you with the Port in procedure – Vinay

The customer decided not to change his mind and stick with his idea if using Jio and leaving Airtel. He wrote:
No i can't allow to change my mind , because it's my mind not a dress. But i give a chance to change your service to a better way.

Airtel didn’t stop trying and ensured him about improving the service.

Other companies should learn from Jio and take care of their customers.
