Tribes Communication Appoints Yasmeen Mishra As President & Head (Mumbai)

After working as an independent Brand and Marketing Consultant for the past five-and-a-half years, Yasmeen Mishra has now joined Tribes Communication as President and Head of the agency’s Mumbai office. In her new role, she will be spearheading the business operations and strategic initiatives for the western region across units and enhancing Tribes’ market footprint.

Tribes Communication Appoints Yasmeen Mishra As President & Head (Mumbai)

Tribes Communication has appointed Yasmeen Mishra, who had been working independently as a Brand and Marketing Consultant for the past five-and-a-half years, as its President and Head for Mumbai Office.

In addition to being an independent consultant to brands and marketers, she had also been working part-time as Marketing Director at Art1st for the past three years, starting June 2021.

Having said that, in her new role at the fully integrated agency, Mishra will be responsible for spearheading the business operations and strategic initiatives for the western regions across units and further enhancing Tribes Communication’s footprint in the market.

Prior to going independent with Yasmeen Mishra Consulting in December 2018, she was associated with HT Media for a period of more than six years as AVP- Brand Solutions between May 2012 and July 2018.

Before that, she was associated with HT Media’s Fever 104 FM as AVP- Marketing for close to five years, starting October 2007.

Earlier on, she also served the role of Marketing Head- Louis Phillipe at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail from February 2006 to October 2007; National Marketing Manager at Tommy Hilfiger India from 2005 to 2006 and Product Manager at Pernod Ricard from 2000 to 2005.

With over 24 years of extensive experience in marketing leadership across diverse industries including Media, CPG, and Retail, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in launching and scaling businesses, brand transitions and development, integrated marketing communications, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Expressing her excitement about joining Tribes Communication, Mishra, President and Head (Mumbai), Tribes Communications, stated, “In an age where consumer attention is a scarce resource, Tribes has led the way, enabling a multitude of brands to establish profound connections with their consumers through its diverse media solutions that blend creativity, technology, and innovation.
