Tide ads have been using its “Chauk gaye?” tagline since long. But even today, it strikes a chord with the audience. Every ad from the Tide camp, brings a smile on the face. And this time, the brand has involved Chatpat, the brand ambassador of the NGO SOS Children’s Villages of India.
The ad is in fact a thankyou from Chatpat and his NGO that works relentlessly for the overall development of orphans, women and children belonging to unprotected families.
It all started with Chatpat posting a video in which he and his friends were seen rapping dressed in white tees.
Taking advantage of this, the brand which always projects itself as the one that cleans stained clothes and makes them shine brighter, like new garments, commented on the video “Aapki t-shirt aur rapping skills ne chaunka diya”
To this a fun banter between both the parties, led to Tide commenting again “Kya bolte ho Chatpat? Chaunka de sabko?”
The brand committed to helping the NGOto get the confidence that comes with wearing clean garments thus empowering them towards a brighter future.
In return, Chatpat and his gang of friends, made a video thanking the brand for everything they did for them.
The video had a recreation of their iconic “Chaunk Gaye?” premise, albeit with a twist.
Must say, the boy with more than 20k followers on social media, surely knows how to win hearts!
