Bollywood celebrities do charge big money for performing in films. Not only this, their popularity in the industry helps them sign contracts with popular brands which take the benefits of their popularity by featuring them in ads to promote a brand.

If you have ever wondered how much Bollywood celebs charge for these brand endorsements, we will help you know. A recent entertainment market report Showbiz 2.0 The Indian Superpower released by Group M has revealed how much do top Bollywood stars earn in order to be the face of a brand.

1. Akshay Kumar

With endorsement deals worth Rs 100 crore, Akshay Kumar tops the celebrity endorsement’s list and has completely outshined the brand power of Khans.

2. Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh comes at second position with a brand value of Rs 84 crore

3. Deepika Padukone

Ranveer’s wife Deepika Padukone has bagged the third spot by charging Rs 75 crore to be a brand’s face.

4. Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh comes next in the list with Rs 72 crore for a brand endorsement

5. Alia Bhatt


Alia Bhatt taking the 5th position charges Rs 68 crore for such a deal.

6. Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan, who has brands including BYJU’s, Denver, Big Basket, etc, with his name takes Rs 56 crore per an endorsement deal.

7. Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan comes at number 7 charging Rs 48 crore

8. Salman Khan

Next to Varun Dhawan is Salman Khan with Rs 40 crore for a brand deal

9. Kareena Kapoor Khan

At number 9 is Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has brands like Lakme, AirBnB, V.I.P, Vanesa, BBlunt, etc, in her kitty and charges Rs 32 core per an endorsement deal.

10. Katrina Kaif

Coming at number 10 is Katrina Kaif who signs a brand endorsement deal for Rs 30 crore.

The report also revealed that the demand for celebrity couples like Deepveer (Deepika Padukone – Ranveer Singh) and Virushka (Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma) and increased more than ever.
