General Mills has announced the appointment of Anjali Singh as Head of Global Business Solutions, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale its global operations and transformation agenda.
In her new role, Singh will be responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing strategic initiatives, and enhancing the company’s global business solutions framework across markets.
Singh brings over 25 years of experience across operations, relationship management, HR and training, strategy, and P&L management. She has worked extensively with global clients, particularly in the banking and financial services sector, building deep expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and delivering business impact.
Beyond her professional mandate, Singh is also actively involved in initiatives focused on economic, social, and environmental development, reflecting a commitment to creating broader community impact alongside business growth.
Earlier, she was serving as Global Business Services Head at Ericsson from October 2023 to March 2026. Prior to this, she was Partner at EY from March 2023 to October 2023. Singh also previously served as Managing Director and Head of Operations, India at Deutsche Bank from March 2020 to March 2023.
Before that, she spent over eight years at Genpact across multiple roles, including SVP & Global Banking COO (November 2018 to March 2020), SVP & COO – Banking & Financial Services (June 2016 to March 2020), Senior Vice President – Corporate Strategy (December 2014 – May 2016), Vice President (July 2011 – November 2014), and Vice President (January 2006 – May 2009).
Earlier, she was Director at COLT (May 2009 – November 2010), Head – Operations at eFunds Corporation (May 2002 – January 2006), and Senior Manager – Operations at American Express (1994 – 2001).
