Maxposure has appointed Sasha Somya as its Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026. She has taken charge of the company’s strategic vision, brand leadership, business growth, and financial performance.
Somya has brought over 18 years of experience within the organisation, having most recently served as Head of Client Acquisition and Management. She has contributed to the company’s business expansion and creative output, while working across Indian and international markets.
She has handled a diverse portfolio of clients including IndiGo, Vistara, Gulf Air, Air India, Mercedes-Benz India, Oberoi Hotels, Biman Bangladesh, and Air Arabia. She has also led multi-agency pitches and has been involved in digital initiatives with government bodies such as the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of External Affairs, IIT Madras, Madhya Pradesh Tourism, and Maharashtra Tourism.
The leadership transition has come as the company has continued to expand its capabilities and diversify its offerings. Maxposure has recently entered experiential marketing through the acquisition of Neutral Digital in London, while strengthening its presence across aviation, digital content, and brand storytelling.
