Mitali Laungani has joined Nykaa as AVP – Brand Marketing & Communications. In this role, she has been responsible for leading the brand’s marketing and communications initiatives, strengthening brand positioning, and driving strategic campaigns across platforms.

Prior to joining Nykaa in November 2025, Laungani served as Director – Marketing at JioHotstar from September 2022 to April 2025. Before that, she worked at MX Player as Lead – Social Media, Associate Director from August 2018 to September 2022 in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with Chernin Asia Media as Sr. Manager – Artist Alliance and Business Development from April 2014 to June 2018. She also worked at Publicis Groupe as Senior Account Executive from August 2013 to March 2014. Prior to that, she was Senior Account Executive at Equus Red Cell from June 2011 to July 2013, managing accounts including Deutsche Bank, Taj Group of Hotels and Reliance Commercial Finance.
