Druhi Sethi has joined The Hindu, taking charge as Head of Digital Marketing from January 2026. Based in Bengaluru, Sethi will lead the publication’s digital marketing initiatives, focusing on growth, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms.
She announced this move via a linkedin post.
Prior to The Hindu, Sethi served as Associate Vice President – Strategic Account Management at Social Beat from June 2024 to December 2025. In this role, she oversaw account management, AI-driven initiatives, and strategic business acquisition, leading operations from the Bangalore office.
Before that, Sethi was Associate Vice President – Growth & Client Success at Social Beat from May 2022 to June 2024. She headed the Bangalore office while also leading the strategy team pan-India, driving inclusivity, culture initiatives, and key client projects, including launching Niyo Global in India, which achieved an 850% increase in conversions in its first quarter.
Sethi was Head – Brand & Social Media India at NP Digital from March 2021 to April 2022, where she set up social media as a vertical, introduced processes for strategy, content planning, and reporting, and scaled operations across 10+ brands and a 15-member team.
Earlier, she was Senior Manager – Digital Marketing at Social Beat from December 2020 to February 2021, where she managed in-house events, webinars, and growth strategies for internal products, including Influencer.in, which grew to gross $1.5M annually.
From July 2019 to December 2020, Sethi was Manager – Digital Marketing at Social Beat, running award-winning campaigns like Hands Up To Help for the Murugappa Group and leading performance marketing initiatives for Casagrand, Dr. Reddy’s, Hyundai, and other clients.
She began her professional journey as Senior Specialist – Social Media at Social Beat from March 2018 to June 2019, creating campaigns for brands such as Dr. Reddy’s (Celevida) and Ashok Leyland Paatujhesalaam.
