Neha Gulati, who had parted ways from Coca-Cola India in October, this year, after being associated with the company for more than five years, has now joined Nestlé as the new Marketing Head- Dairy RTD.
This development comes in the wake of a three-months long health and well-being break.
Announcing this career move of hers on LinkedIn, she mentioned, “After incredible ~5 years with Coca-Cola, filled with challenging projects, rewarding experiences, and the privilege of working alongside some truly inspiring leaders & colleagues, I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Nestlé as Marketing Head – Dairy.”
“My journey at Coca-Cola has been nothing short of transformative, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined. A heartfelt thank you to Sanket Ray, Arnab Roy, Greishma Singh, Sundeep Bajoria, Tish Condeno, Rahul Kumar, Kaushik Prasad— your leadership, mentorship, and unwavering support have been pivotal to my growth. The impact you’ve had on me has been truly profound, and I will carry the lessons learned with me in this next chapter,” Gulati added.
On a forward looking note, she also mentioned, “I’m excited to begin this new role at Nestlé, where I hope to continue growing, taking new challenges and driving innovation in the Dairy RTD sector.

During her more than five years long stint at Coca Cola India, she served across a slew of roles ranging from Area Marketing Manager- Coca Cola (UP and Uttarakhand) in August 2019 to Associate Brand Manager- Thumbs Up in March 2021, Brand Manager- Charged By Thums Up in March 2022 and Senior Brand Manager- Coca Cola in January 2023.
Before this, Gulati served the role of National Marketing Manager at Airtel from August 2018 to August 2019. She joined the telecom company as Regional Distribution Manager in January 2017.
In the past, she also worked with Reliance Industries, PwC India and Axis Risk Consulting.
