FCB Kinnect has elevated Kejal Teckchandani to Executive Vice President – Influencer Outreach. The agency has also elevated Mala Sharma to AVP – Influencer Outreach.
In her over seven years tenure with FCB Kinnect, Teckchandani has served in various positions ranging from Senior Vice President – Influencer Outreach and Video Production from January 2022 to July 2024, Vice President – Kinnect Outreach from January 2020 to December 2021, to Outreach Director from January 2017 to December 2019.
Before this, she served as Analyst for Prabhudas Lilladher from September 2007 to October 2013. Teckchandani was associated with Karvy as the Research Analyst-Equities from May 2005 to September 2007.
On the other hand, Sharma is also associated with FCB Kinnect for over seven years now. She has transitioned through various roles here, including, Client Servicing – Influencer Outreach from May 2017 to April 2019, Senior Manager – Influencer Outreach from April 2019 to January 2021, Associate Director – Influencer Outreach from January 2021 to May 2022 and Senior Director – Influencer Outreach from January 2022 to July 2024.
In the past, Sharma was associated with Bayside Media as Manager – Sales and Operations from July 2016 to February 2017.
As per the agency, Teckchandani has played a pivotal role in building Kinnect Outreach, an influencer, celebrity, and partnerships desk. Together Teckchandani and Sharma have worked for various brands in the country like Amazon, Asian Paints, Google, Intel, Lenovo, ITC Foods, SBI, HDFC Bank, Tata EV, and more.
The agency further stated, that with over 13 years of experience in Finance, Teckchandani possesses a deep understanding of the critical importance of ROI and value addition for clients. To enhance transparency among clients, she developed KinnectFluence, a proprietary tool and live dashboard that oversees the entire lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns.
