Top 7 Tech-Fashion Brands Collaborations Till Date

The world has been taken over by the tech giants recently. The last two decades has all been about the technological advancements in world economy.

Along with the technological industry, the fashion industry has also seen a boom. So how amazing it would be if these two came together to bring us something new. It would be amazing and it has been.

Today we are here with a list of tech-fashion collaborations that have made the news in the last couple of years.

1. LG x Prada

Back in 2007 the pair got together and spawned a mobile phone called, well, the LG Prada. The two brands collaborated thrice to create a premium smartphone that pushed the design and aesthetic of the device at the forefront.

From its design to the user interface, LG and Prada made sure to create the best possible mix of Korean technology and Italian design.

2. Louis Vuitton x Master & Dynamic

Louis Vuitton brought its luxury brand to the world of audio. Last year, the French fashion house teamed up with New York City-based audio company Master & Dynamic to create Louis Vuitton‘s first branded earbuds. The Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones came in four different designs and were retail for a whopping $995.

3. Apple x Hermès

Apple Watch Hermès Series 5, the latest venture between the two iconic brands, combines the sophisticated design aesthetic and the heritage leather band with high-tech technology. There is a Hermès stamp all over the watch.

4. Samsung x Hugo Boss

The South Korean major had partnered with German fashion brand Hugo Boss to create special-themed smartphones.

Its first collaboration with Hugo Boss was in 2008 when the two companies made a Hugo Boss themed version of the Samsung F480. Later, in 2011, the two brands once again joined forces to release a revamped version of the Galaxy Ace Android phone.

5. Google x Yves Saint Laurent

Google and haute couture fashion house Yves Saint Laurent teamed up to create the $995 smart backpack. The bag features multiple touch sensors in the strap so that the wearer can access a connected phone. The backpack connects to any Android or iPhone via the Jacquard mobile app. The idea behind Yves Saint Laurent Cit-e backpack is simple: let the user change turn the volume up and down, listen to text messages or access Google Maps without touching the smartphone.

6. Motorola x Dolce & Gabbana

Motorola teamed up with the Italian fashion house Dolce&Gabbana to create the limited-edition gold-plated version of the Motorola V3. The smartphone was seen as the first status-symbol flip phone and Motorola rightly did what it was supposed to do to make the Razr V3 an aspirational product.

7. BLU x Supreme

Supreme, had launched its fall/winter 2019 catalogue with products such as Voodoo Dolls and table tennis sets. The catalogue also included a Supreme-branded feature phone dubbed Supreme/Blu Burner phone. It’s actually a Blu-made that has been rebranded in collaboration with Supreme. The device has a 2.4-inch display and a built-in camera with the Supreme logo on the back.
