Thanks to the ever-changing and evolving times, smartphones have become a need more than a luxury now, and an average person considers buying himself a new handset every 2 years. The high demands of smartphones have led to the rise of multiple brands of cell phones, each having a unique selling proposition, making it difficult for you to make a perfect choice.

But, don’t worry. Below, we have shortlisted the top 10 brands of smartphones that you must consider before making the final purchase.

1. Samsung

One of the most well-known names, Samsung is one of the few brands that offer smartphones in both high, as well as mid and low-price ranges. An all-rounder when it comes to features and specifications, a Samsung device covers all the aspects from the camera to Ram and battery life.

2. Xiaomi

There was a time when Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 4, and it instantly became one of the most purchased smartphones across the country. They continue to be casting the same impact in the industry.
Xiaomi is well known for offering features and specifications much more than what they charge and price their devices at.

3. One Plus

Another Chinese manufacturer, OnePlus has taken the Indian smartphone scene by storm. It is giving a tough time to brands that provide premium smartphones for overtly high prices.

4. Apple

Apple has been ruling the smartphone industry for years now and is still the most sought-after brand. Allthough their price structure is debatable, yet all the Apple-lovers believe that it is worth every penny.

5. Vivo

Vivo has found its place in India’s top five mobile manufacturers list. A relatively new brand in this market, Vivo offers reasonable smartphones, especially for the youth of the country.

6. Oppo

Again, oppo finds itself in the same bracket as Vivo and Xiaomi. However, what makes them different and desirable is their camera. They rose through the ranks because of their exceptional camera and photo quality.

7. Motorola

Motorola, once again rose through the ranks after Lenovo purchased it and now runs on the Android operating system developed by Google. It offers reasonable smartphones with the most reasonable technology.

8. LG’s

A South Korean multinational electronic giant, you must have heard of LG’s expertise in other electronics. Fairly new when it comes to smartphones, they are known for their realistic picture and sound quality.

9. Nokia

One of the oldest brands in India, when it comes to smartphones, Nokia too, had once lost their market share. Now, in 2018, they made a comeback, and are now expected to be stronger than ever in 2021.

10. HTC

Again, HTC excels in all electronics, smartphones being one of them. They provide excellent quality handsets, with first-class specifications.

In the end remember, there is a plethora of choices available in the market and the above was a summary of the top 10 brands that you can choose from. Evaluate your needs and make a wise pick!
