- The technology industry has continued to dominate the top rankings in the list as Amazon and Apple have maintained their previous rankings of 1st and 2nd. Microsoft has once again achieved no. 3 position getting ahead of search engine giant Google at no. 4.
- Media and entertainment industry has the top risers with names like Netflix (+34%), Instagram (+47%) LinkedIn (+31%), and Xbox (+18%)
- The top 100 list has 17 Chinese brands with Alibaba at no. 6 having $152.5billion of valuation and Tencent at no. 7 with $151billion.
- There are 5 new entrants in the list namely- TikTok, UnitedHealthcare, Bank of China, Lancôme and Pepsi. MasterCard has achieved a rank in top 10 for the first time.
