Top 10 Most Chosen Brands In India

Every year, the FMCG brands in India are evaluated annually on the basis of Consumer Reach Points, garnered by the individual brands. This marks their score on mass appeal and reflection of the brand identity in recent times.
This year, a top 10 list of brands has been circulated wherein, Parle tops the charts, followed by Dabur, Vim, Brookebond and others. Here’s the list of the most chosen FMCG brands in India,

Parle

Parle ranks as #1 on the charts with a CRP of 6079! Parle biscuits are chosen during morning and evening tea times by most middle-class households in the country, and the affordability makes it an ideal choice for local sellers as well. The demand is high and so is the quality!

Amul

Amul has been advertising its range of dairy products for decades now, with the Amul girl winning the hearts of Indians with relatable memes and campaigns. The brand has secured 4632 CRP this year.

Clinic Plus

Clinic Plus is an affordable and homegrown brand that is popular for its range of bath and body products. It can be used by all age groups. The brand has managed to secure 4514 CRP.

Britannia

Britannia has a wide range of food products available in different price ranges and for ideal occasions. It’s most popular product is it’s biscuits, cookies and cakes, which are popular especially among the kids. Britannia received 4215 CRP this year.

Ghari

Ghari is a famous washing detergent brand, ideally chosen for its affordability. It received 2438 CRP in 2020.

Tata

TATA is the most popular brand in the FMCG industry, launching products required for everyday use including oils, condiments and spices etc. The brand received 2212 CRP this year and usually resides in a niche price range.

Aavin

Aavin is a popular milk production brand in Tamil Nadu, supplying fresh milk to all households in South India. It received 2080 CRP.

Nandini

This Karnataka based brand can commonly be found in the state with its wide range of dairy products. It has secured 2025 CRP in 2020.

Colgate

Colgate has come out with toothpaste, toothbrushes and different kinds of dental and oral hygiene products over the years. It is one of the most trusted brands in India with a CRP of 1868.

Wheel

If you’re looking for a good dish wash brand, Wheel should be the first thing on your mind as the brand promises to remove the toughest stains at one go, and that too for a cheap price. Wheel has secured 1630 CRP.
