Times Now Secures 28% Market Share During 2024 Haryana & J&K Elections

Times Now secured 28% market share (Source: BARC| 10L+| NCCS A 15-60 Males| Wk.41’24) during the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana Assembly elections week.

It achieved a 33% market share in the prime-time slots (Source: BARC| 10L+| NCCS A 15-60 Males | Wk.41’24, Weekdays 2000-2300hrs). Times Now’s election news programming included its flagship shows India Upfront and The Newshour.

As per the Network, offering a holistic news viewing experience, Times Now surpassed its contemporaries on Counting Day with 27% market share (Source: BARC| 10L+| NCCS A 15-60 Males| 8th Oct. 2024).

Led by seasoned journalists and backed by a robust lineup of curated election programming, Times Now delivered exclusive insights, minute-by-minute updates, live on-ground reports, and real-time analysis, ensuring viewers remained engaged and well-informed throughout the elections.

On Exit Poll Day, the channel amassed 37% viewership share (Source: BARC| 10L+| NCCS AB 22+ Males| 5th Oct. 2024, 1800-2000hrs).
