This Restaurant Is Actually Serving A Special ‘Article 370’ Thali

A restaurant in Canuaght Place has garnered a lot of attention for the type of Thali it has been serving. Ardor 2.1, is now serving a special Thali with a special discount of Rs 370 for customers from Jammu & Kashmir.

The offer is valid on for Jammu & Kashmir residents only and can be availed by presenting your government id proof.

The offer comes shortly after the article 370 was revoked.

According to the restaurant, Jammu & Kashmir has been always a vital part of India and now that the same has been officially announced, the eatery wants to welcome the decision with open arms.

The Thali will be served in both vegetarian & non-vegetarian options.

Where there is special Kashmiri casserole, yeast bread, Nadru ki Shami, Dum Aloo and Kahwa in the Veg menu. At the same time, Kashmiri Casserole, Yeast Roti, Nadru Shami, Rogan Josh, and Kahwa have been kept in the non-veg plate.

The cost of this restaurant’s Veg Thali is Rs. 2370. While the price of Non-Veg Thali is Rs 2669(Plus Taxes).

And, that is not all, INR 170 from the MRP of the thali will go to Kashmir Relief Fund as a gesture of support to the Kashmiris. Also, to encourage secularism, they want their guests to come along with their Kashmiri friends and gorge on these delicious thalis.

Suvvet Kalra, owner, Ardor 2.1 says,

We are a secular country and to survive in peace and harmony, each one of us needs to make an effort. This is our contribution to the flavors of the nation, to stand together united as one big family.

This is not the first time this restaurant has started such Thalis. Ardor 2.1 is famous for its off-beat special thalis.

Earlier they served “56 inch Thali” in the name of PM Narendra Modi. Other than this they have also served “The Bahubali Pitcher” and “The United Thali” during elections.
