As brands have become more active on social media to interact with consumers, they’re also increasingly talking to each other. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, when every brand tried to gain the attention of social media audience with emotional ads around siblings, Tata group did something unique yet effective on Twitter.

It all started when Tata Group’s popular saree brand Taneira decided to celebrate the occasion by wishing Tanishq Jewelry (The older sibling). Taneira being the youngest brand in the company thanked Tanishq for inspiring them with values like purity, quality and customer centricity.

“Thankyou for inspiring us to take on our family values of purity, quality, design aesthetics, trust and customer centricity. #HappyRakshabandhan” Taneira Sarees wrote in a caption along with an image.

Titan Watches jumped in making the whole thing even more interesting

An interesting and fresh way to celebrate as well as convey the message right? Well, this inter-brand convo surely tells us how social media should be used. The Titan brands played their sibling role effectively inspiring online audience to celebrate the festival of Raksha Bandhan with love and care.

The idea behind having a friendly convo with each other has showcased the Titan siblings are a well-knit family. Also, the convo gave us a fresh tip on how brands of the same group can come together and convey the message in a united manner.
