Freelancer is a person who is self-employed and is not necessarily committed to a particular employer long-term.

Interestingly in markets such as Ukraine and India, some freelancers are taking an entrepreneurial approach, outsourcing the projects they win to counterparts in lower-skilled countries so they can make a profit.

Also, youngsters around the world are attracted and openly considering their choices of working as freelancers as it provides them an opportunity to learn, earn and be independent.
