Tesla CEO Elon Musk Takes A Dig At His Rivals With A Simple Tweet

| Published on May 9, 2021

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has always been in limelight for his tweets. Whether it is to shoot up stocks of Whatsapp’s rivals or of a Japanese Gaming company, Musk has done it all. His tweets are what everyone looks forward to now.

But recently, it seems that the industrialist has decided to take a dig at his rivals. Musk has targeted the brands that have entered the automobile industry.

A Twitter user @utsavtechie, posted about the name of the companies like Apple, Xiaomi, LG, Sony, and Huawei that have entered into the automobile sector. He ended his tweet by mentioning that Tesla is already making cars and how everyone is focused on making cars.

Musk being a notorious yet pro-active social media user, took notice of this tweet and posted something of himself. His tweet reflected what Musk thinks of his rivals. Which is not very high one can say.

Musk wrote ‘Prototypes are easy, production is hard’, which clearly meant a dig on all the other brands in the question.

Apple and Tesla have had their differences in the past. Apple has been working on developing an autonomous car since 2015. To work on the project, the company has even hired many ex-Tesla employees which seems hasn’t fit well with the latter.

Musk has been frequently seen and heard calling Apple ‘a graveyard of ex-Tesla employees’. Apple however has been rumored to have been in talks with LG to work together on the prototype.

Tesla has been doing really good in the automobile industry so far and it seems that other companies will have to work harder to give decent competition to Musk. Tesla Model 3 was recently announced as the world’s most popular executive sedan. Now that is a milestone hard to achieve.
