A lot has come about with Jeff Bezos’s surprise visit to India. He unexpectedly showed up at an Amazon event occurring in New Delhi and stated that he is going to invest $10b in the country to bring all sizes of businesses to the online platform within the next five years.
The reaction of most people to this declaration was negative whereas Amitabh Kant, the CEO of Niti Aayog, tweeted a happy and proudly encouraging post mentioning the whole affair and got slammed by Ashwani Mahajan with a contrasting yet sensible pronouncement.
Amitabh Kant Got Rigorously Shut By Ashwani Mahajan!
People have mixed reactions at Jeff Bezos’s proclamation on investing $10b in India but most of them are being noticed not only abominating the thought but blatantly disapproving of it.
Amitabh Kant, former secretory of Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, showed signs of being thrilled at certitude when he tweeted the following post on Thursday.
Amazon will export $10 billion Make in India goods by 2025, says Jeff Bezos https://t.co/jGqb9mWCXB

Ashwani Mahajan, member of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), appeared to have detested Kant for his tweet. He accentuated how disturbing such approval on this investment was.
Shri @amitabhk87 ji We r perturbed by your unending love for Amazon, given the scenario that crores of small traders are on streets persecuted by deep discounts and flaunting of rules by the company, @CCI_India and ED instituting enquiry against their wrongs. Mahajan posted another tweeted asking Kant to side with Indian workers and shopkeepers who suffer the victimization of deep discounting and also mentioned the government who is already in its favor.
Unending love for Amazon of CEO @NITIAayog says @swadeshimanch while government makes its position very clear that deep discounting is not acceptable. Sh @amitabhk87 ji side with the people- shopkeepers, workers and SSIs NO GIMICKS https://t.co/pQm9HofOsZ

He also referred to Piyush Goyal’s claim that says this investment is not a benefit to our country.
Kudos @PiyushGoyal you are absolutely right. Kindly enlighten Shri @amitabhk87 also, because he seems to be deeply impressed by the company especially $1 billion. Amazon’s fresh $1B investment in India is not a big favor, says Trade Minister https://t.co/6GfUhfc8wb
