Didn’t most people say vegetarian biryani is basically pulao? Apparently, this restaurant Pune has gone against all biryanis and claimed that anything except Hyderabadi biryani is basically, Pulao! Through a viral image, they have created a Biryani Policy which adds fuel to the fire. Check it out.

Most states in India have a different version of Biryani depending upon the culture and cuisine preferences of their residents. Hence, all types of Biryanis have different recipes, and flavours, and should be respected for their multitude. Do you also think Hyderabadi Biryani is overrated?
