Moloco Teams Up With LG Channels To Strengthen Video Ad Delivery & Demand Strategies

Moloco, a company in operational machine learning and performance advertising, has partnered with LG Electronics for video ad delivery and demand generation on LG Channels, LG Electronics’ free ad-supported video content service, in the Indian market. With this partnership, Moloco will power in-stream video ads on LG Channels in India, supporting advertisers in creating impactful and effective campaigns.

Through its partnership with Moloco, LG Channels will support in-stream ads with diverse and advanced targeting capabilities within the channels offered in India, creating new advertising opportunities for brands. As a connected TV (CTV) platform, LG Channels offers advertisers precise targeting options by channel, language, and region, making it an ideal medium for those looking to optimise and measure campaign performance.

This partnership will enable global advertisers to run more effective CTV campaigns in the Indian market via LG Channels. Leveraging Moloco’s global expertise in streaming media and CTV advertising, including in markets like the United States, the collaboration aims to help advertisers achieve their goals while delivering a tailored, seamless ad experience to more than 10 million Indian households that have access to LG Channels.

As per the company, LG Channels, available on approximately 220 million LG smart TVs globally, currently features over 3,800 free channels across 29 countries without complex logins or subscription processes. Launched in India in late September last year, LG Channels has offered a broad range of content, including around 70 channels spanning news, movies, music, and entertainment, with plans to expand further to include additional popular Indian programming. Indian viewers who are already accustomed to premium FAST services on mobile can now enjoy a wider array of content on their big screens with LG Channels.
