Hailing from a small village in Himachal Pradesh, Pradeep Rana moved to Punjab for his graduation and later, Mumbai for his post-graduation studies in Biotechnology. He was working at a research company as a Research Scientist on Breast Cancer soon after his PG completion.

Pardeep Rana

“I worked there for two years, but I always knew that if destiny brought me to the city of dreams then there might be something else hidden here for me,” he says. He never disliked his job, it was respectable with a responsibility of doing good for humanity, but he wanted to explore another side of him and was soon presented with the opportunity to choose between a PhD in Germany or an unpaid internship in a media company. Without thinking twice, he took the leap and took the internship where he learned all about cameras, editing, direction, scripting and social media, and soon got a job offer at Jio Studios. ”

“At Reliance Jio Studios as content producer came a point in my life when I felt that there was so much more that I wanted to achieve. This is when I decided to quit my job and pursue my dream. To travel across the world. But before that, I wanted to see my own country and that is when Roamanchak was born. I travelled across all the 29 states in 100 days searching for the most unseen places, bizarre traditions, delicious food and inspiring souls. I started vlogging about the entire journey and you can see some of our videos on Youtube. Some of the places that we went to were Loktak lake in Manipur, Rih Dil in Mizoram, Sualkuchi in Assam, Yana rocks in Karnataka, Bedha Ghat in Madhya Pradesh, Malana in Himachal, Naranag in Kashmir etc. We did this because all we have is one life and I didn’t want to regret anything. I learnt one thing through this entire experience that courage does take you places.”

Give a brief description about you and your platform

I am a Himachali boy who belongs to a small village of Dev Bhoomi, landed in the city of dreams for my higher studies in Biotechnology. I realized that I will never be able to do justice to my job where my interest level is not inclined 100% towards my profession. I took a leap of faith and started my career in the field of media with zero knowledge. YouTube has been my biggest teacher in my life, be it shooting, editing, camera angles or lights, I have learned a lot from there and still, I am learning. Today it’s been 5 years in the industry, where I have travelled 15 countries while working with Jio Studios as a creative producer and shot 360 videos of each destination. Now I have created my own travel property “ROAMANCHAK”.

To know more about ROAMANCHAK, you can check the below links:

Also, you can see his personal pages on Facebook and Instagram

What made you choose this industry?

Pardeep Rana: I always love to interact with new people, visit new places and explore unknown things. I never look back when I found travel is the best way to keep feeding my all desires.

What was the turning point for you?

Pardeep Rana: When I quit well-paid research scientist’s job for an unpaid internship.

How do you create content or make decisions on what will be the topic

Pardeep Rana: I have used iPhone with Osmo, 5D camera and drone (DJI Mavic Pro and Phantom 4) for shooting content. Travel is what actually inspires me when I travel, I meet so many wonderful people and get to know their stories and their point of views towards life. It actually helps me a lot in decision making and conceptualizing a new thought.

What are some difficulties that you face as a digital influencer?

Pardeep Rana: I will not call myself a digital influencer as for now and I honestly did not face any difficulty till now. I have a pretty smooth and happy life with my partner.

What are some Marketing tips you want to share with our audience?

Pardeep Rana: Your content should be consistent no matter which platform you are using.

Which other Influencers do you follow?

Pardeep Rana: My favourites are Ronnie & Barty, Aamir Wani and Siddhartha Joshi.

Where do you see yourself after 5 years?

Pardeep Rana: In the top list of hottest and successful Travel Influencers.

Mother Dairy is targeting a 20% increase in revenue to over Rs 24,000 crore in FY27, backed by rising consumer demand and plans to expand into new markets, according to media reports. As per media reports, the dairy major recorded a turnover of Rs 20,300 crore in FY26, up 17% year-on-year. The company has more than doubled its revenue over the last five years, crossing the Rs 20,000-crore milestone. As part of its growth strategy, Mother Dairy is looking to strengthen its presence outside Delhi-NCR. Chairman Meenesh Shah said the company is exploring entry into new markets where it currently has limited or no presence. The company is also setting up a dairy plant in Maharashtra, has leased a facility in Hyderabad, and is establishing a second plant in Bihar. Managing Director Jayateertha Chary said sales in the first two months of the fiscal have been encouraging, with ice cream emerging as a strong-performing category. Reports also suggest that from Mother Dairy’s FY26 turnover, the dairy business contributed more than Rs 15,000 crore, while edible oils and horticulture accounted for around Rs 5,000 crore. Around 63% of revenue came from Delhi-NCR, with the remainder generated from other parts of the country. The company currently reaches more than 95 cities across India and operates nine milk processing plants, four horticulture processing plants and 16 associated edible oil facilities.
