Marketing Stunt: Apple Accidentally Reveals iPhone 11 Annual Launch Date

| Published on August 18, 2019

According to the latest leak this year’s annual Apple launch event is most likely to be held on the 10th September. Based on the internal files and images in the new iOS 13 beta these details were first discovered by the blog iHelp Brazil who pointed out that the iOS 13 beta for developers has internal file assets, which mention the date as Tuesday, September 10.

As per the report, the images in the latest version of the iOS 13 show September 10 date, Tuesday on the home screen. The asset is also named as “HoldForRelease,” which indicates that Apple could reveal the new iPhones on this date. The iPhone 11 series will run iOS 13 out of the box, while public release for iOS 13 will take place a few days after the event as has been the case in the past.

While there is no maths about the fact that Apple mostly holds it’s annual launch events on the second Tuesdays of the month September, which is exactly what is making this leak more believable.

Similar to 2018, Apple is likely to launch three new iPhone models which are believed to be the successors of the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and the cheaper iPhone XR. Also a recent leak dropped a hint that the new iPhones might be called iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.

With many new features and upgrades our most awaited feature is the triple camera lens. Apple is yet to send out its official invitations, but you can catch up the live updates on their official website during the launch.
