1. Marillyn Hewson – Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Marillyn Adams Hewson is the chairwoman, president and chief executive officer of Lockheed Martin. Lockheed Martin Corporation is an American global aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technologies company with worldwide interests. It was formed by the merger of Lockheed Corporation with Martin Marietta in March 1995. It is headquartered in North Bethesda, Maryland, in the Washington, D.C., area.

After becoming CEO in 2013, Lockheed’s market cap has only doubled and presently stands at $119.72 billion. Hewson credits her mother’s resilience, hard work, and determination by teaching her leadership skills.
