Hoopr.ai Appoints CredR’s Vitasta Kaul As CMO & BookMyShow’s Rakesh Nair As CTO

Hoopr.ai Appoints Cred’s Vitasta Kaul As CMO & BookMyShow’s Rakesh Nair As CTO

Positioning the company for accelerated growth in the fast-expanding creator economy, Hoopr.ai, one of India’s leading music licensing platforms has bolstered its executive leadership team with the appointment of Vitasta Kaul and Rakesh Nair as its Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.

These appointments mark a significant milestone for Hoopr.ai for they add up to the company’s commitment to innovation, user-centricity, and growth.

Since its launch less than two years ago, Hoopr.ai today caters to over two lakh users and offers premium Indian copyright-safe music for creators, brands, businesses, agencies, radio stations, broadcasters, and more across India and 15 other countries, with a remarkable 70% retention rate and an average daily stream count of 18,000 tracks.

Joining Hoopr.ai from CredR, Kaul with over 17 years of experience as a brand storyteller and digital transformation professional has an expertise that lies at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity, leadership and scaling early-stage startups across EdTech, F&B, Design and Auto sectors.

As per the company, ger data-driven approach and ability to craft convincing narratives will be crucial in supporting Hoopr.ai’s market positioning, driving customer acquisition, and building deeper connections with the platform’s diverse user base.

Complementing his strategic marketing prowess at Hoopr.ai is the technology acumen of Nair, a seasoned technology leader with over 16 years of experience with his professional career spanning across key roles at SHEROES, Mahila Money and BookMyShow amongst others, where he made significant contributions to platform development, digital literacy, and information security.

As per the company, his deep technical expertise coupled with his proven track record in driving innovation will be instrumental in enhancing Hoopr.ai’s platform capabilities and delivering an exceptional user experience.
