There are a few names, that even a layman is aware of, like John Cena, The Undertaker, Stone Cold, Steve Austin, the Rock, Triple H, and Brock Lesnar! Do they earn like superstars?
Yes! Just like other superstars, WWE wrestlers also earn a huge amount of money. Lesnar, Cena and Roman Reigns are said to be in the list of top earners. Cena and The Undertaker are part-time wrestlers but their salary also trump into top superstars today. Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins are the highest earners in the full-time wrestlers.
What are their salaries?
Lesnar, with a salary of $12million, is the topmost earning wrestler, while Cena has a salary of $8.5millon. Roman Reigns, the third in the list, earns $5million and Randy Ortan earns $4.5miilion. AJ Styles, though not so good, earns an amount of $3.5million. The Miz and The Undertaker being a part-time wrestler, both earn $2.5million.
What about female wrestlers?
Female wrestlers are also no less. Ronda Rousey is the highest earner with a salary of $1.5million. Other female wrestlers earn comparatively low amount, but that also counts. Charlotte Flair earns $550,000 while Nikki Bella and Allexa Bliss both earn $350,000. Many of the female superstars earn the same amount, such as Mickie James, Brie Bella, and Natalya earns $300,000.
Is wrestling only about wrestlers?
The people in the backroom staff also earn a lot of money. WWE Chief Executive Officer Vince McMahon, gets paid $2.4million, which is the highest salary. Triple H for his role as a Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative earns $1.1million, whereas, he earns $1.65million as a wrestler.
