As one of India’s leading jobs and talent platform- foundit (formerly Monster APAC & ME) embarks on its next phase of growth, the Quess company has appointed Pranay Kale as its new Chief Revenue and Growth Officer and Anupama Bhimrajka as Vice President of Marketing.
In his new role at foundit, Kale, who was the Vice President of key accounts at LeadSquared, will lead sales across the APAC and Middle East regions, focusing on growth and operational excellence.
With over 19 years of experience in SaaS and IT sales, specialising in business development, sales leadership, and strategic planning across the BFSI and NBFSI sectors, Kale has held key roles at HighRadius and Dun & Bradstreet before joining foundit.
On the other hand, Bhimrajka who has now been appointed as foundit’s new VP- Marketing, will lead the marketing function and drive growth across the APAC and Middle East regions. Prior to joining foundit, she was the Head of Consumer Marketing at Lenovo India.
With over 20 years of experience in brand management and communication, she has led marketing teams at Lenovo India and Café Coffee Day and has played key roles in business operations at global advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, McCann, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
