Jeff Bezos owned Amazon is trying every possible tactic to capture e-commerce market in India. The size of Indian market is attracting foreign companies like Walmart and Google is making them spend millions of dollars just for impressing customers.
Social media has become an important way to convey a brand message to customers. With the evolution of the telecom industry, internet is expanding very quickly in our country and Amazon knows it is the best time to interact with consumers.

Customers these days have become about what brands post on social media and how they reply to the problems customers raise in their services. every brand focuses on providing best customer service as interaction between user and brand is no more personal.
There are many recent incidents in which popular brands including Netflix, Ola, Burger King, Jio made customer service experience smooth for users. Amazon Prime Videos has joined this league too.

Amazon Help replied to him and gave him information about the price of membership.

Prime membership was offered at an introductory offer of Rs 499. The Prime promotional offer has ended now. Since, the promotion has now expired the membership will cost Rs.999. You may want to stay tuned for upcoming promotions. 🙂 ^GD
