Abbys 2024: Wavemaker Becomes Media Specialist Agency Of The Year; EssenceMediacom Wins Only Grand Prix On Day 1

The first day of The Abby Awards powered by One Show saw Wavemaker walking home with the coveted title of Media Specialist Agency of The Year 2024 for it secured a total of 16 metals, of which 4 were gold, 9 silver and 3 bronze. In addition, EssenceMediacom was the only company to have won a Grand Prix on Day 1.

With The Abby Awards 2024 powered by One Show commencing today at the three-day ad festival- Goafest at The Westin Mumbai, Powai Lake, the winners of two of the 23 categories have been announced today.

The two categories for which the winners were announced on Day 1 include the Publisher Abby and the Media Abby.

Walking home with the coveted title of Media Specialist Agency of The Year 2024 on Day 1 was Wavemaker. It secured a total of 16 metals. Of these, 4 of the metals were gold, 9 silver and 3 bronze.
