Post About ‘Worst’ Experiences Of HRs & Recruiters Going Viral On Reddit

| Published on February 7, 2021

Having to give a job interview for someone who has just graduated can be a stressful experience. You do not know what is the right thing to say, moreover what is the wrong thing to say. And the best way to learn that is from someone else’s experience.

A Reddit thread has enlightened us with real HR & recruiter experience as to what should one definitely ‘NOT DO’ while in a job interview.

A Reddit user TheHendryx posted a question “HR and Recruiters, what is an instant “Well, this person isn’t getting the job” thing a candidate can do during a job interview for you?”. The question got answered by many and well some were pretty unbelievable.

Not getting over your ex can be challenging. But bringing them up in a job interview where you casually mention setting them ablaze can lower your chances of getting selected.

It is always good to be true about your skills and qualification while updating your resume. Not something that is followed by everyone but something that can help save you from an embarrassing situation. The next thread, as told by a web developer, is a hillarious narration of what seemed like the most awkward situation for someone who did lie about his qualification.

And then there are the honest ones. Not smart. But Surely honest. Did not work for him either though.

People, one thing is clear, whatever you do, never ever insult the company or the interviewer where you are applying to get a job. It goes without saying, you will not get the job.
