Siddharth Barman has moved on from his role as Associate Marketing Director at Affle.
He took to LinkedIn and wrote, “It has been an adventure so far and I am excited that everything I have learnt during this time will help to shape the rest of my career. From setting up a full team of growth marketers, growing from 1 member team to 20+ members, witnessing and contributing to Affle’s global expansion at an early stage, the India IPO to launching innovative products like Programmatic, CTV, Apple Search Ads, Ad Fraud, DMP, DSP, SSP, digital transformation etc., and powering platform growth across different geographies and regions, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the company’s success.”
He continued, “I’m especially proud of the incredible team I’ve had the honour of working with and representing Affle globally. Your dedication, talent, and camaraderie have made every day a rewarding experience.”

He was associated with the company for nearly twelve years. He joined Affle Enterprise (now mTraction Enterprise) in March 2013 as Research Associate. Following this, he was promoted to Social Media Analyst in May 2014 and was responsible for global development and managing Affle AppStudioz brand image. Additionally, he coordinated with project teams on Project updates, executions, and implementations and presented the same.
Subsequently, he was named Assistant Manager Marketing at Affle in April 2015. In this role, he was responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing, and evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, among other things.
After this, he served as Marketing Manager from October 2017 to October 2020 and spearheaded product marketing strategy, planning, and campaign delivery for Affle across APAC, EMEA, EU, and US.
From October 2020 to April 2022, Barman was Senior Manager Marketing. In this capacity, he developed brand portfolio strategies in line with brand positioning in local and regional markets (International). Furthermore, he also managed the local marketing agency and resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
Finally, he was elevated to Associate Marketing Director in April 2022 which he served till his move now.
