10 Indian Ads That Had Lot More To Say Than What You Saw!

Ads are not always about promoting a product or launching a new product, sometimes the brands takes it too far. They try to focus on certain problems related to society and narrate little stories that touches our hearts.

Some talk about gender equality, some serious social issues, some plights of relationships well woven by labyrinth of emotions to entangle us. And we are left spell bounded!

Today we will look upon some Indian Ads that have sent social messages through their campaigns and also through creative and funny ways.

1. Vicks India

How beautifully can you script the plights of being a Transgender in this society? Gender is never a bar for anything according to laws but this society differs to believe. This ad tries to change the mindset of every individual out there in a beautiful way depicting a message that everyone deserves love and respect. How Gauri Sawant who is a Trans-woman going against the odds is trying to bring up an orphan child who wants to be a lawyer just to fight for her mother’s rights. Vicks truly brings out there tagline “Where there is family, there is care” through this ad!

2. Ariel

This ad would surely make you emotional. How thousands of women over the years have taken the burden to balance between all odious works in home and office and how no one ever eyes that. A father visited a daughter and couldn’t stop himself from blaming him for always creating wrong example that a girl always has to do all house works where a man can sit and enjoy a match on television. He writes a letter feeling sorry but takes a pledge to help his wife as it’s never late. It ends with a message,” Why is laundry only a mother’s job?”

3. FeviKwik

Not every time you expect to get a strong message from a one minute ad! A professor divides a class saying that they would have a political debate.
