Cheil‘s Experience Commerce Wins Social Media Mandate For FiatPe

Experience Commerce has secured FiatPe’s social media mandate, aiming to strengthen the fintech platform’s digital presence and merchant-first positioning across India.

Cheil‘s Experience Commerce Wins Social Media Mandate For FiatPe

Experience Commerce, a full-service digital marketing agency and part of the Cheil SWA Group, has won the annual social media mandate for Fiat Payments (FiatPe) after a multi-agency pitch.

FiatPe, launched in 2022, has positioned itself as a digital payments platform supporting India’s Digital India initiative. The platform has focused on providing reliable, merchant-first payment solutions to simplify transactions for businesses across online and offline ecosystems.

Under the new mandate, Experience Commerce has managed FiatPe’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The agency has developed a cohesive digital narrative aligned with FiatPe’s merchant-first positioning. This has included strategic planning, content-led campaigns, and page growth initiatives, leveraging Instagram Reels and Guides to maximise reach and engagement.

The collaboration has focused on strengthening FiatPe’s presence in key markets such as Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, while also supporting expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Experience Commerce has worked to enhance online discovery and reinforce FiatPe’s reliability, trust, and long-term value for offline merchants, corporate clients, and e-commerce businesses, supporting brand awareness, engagement, and merchant acquisition.

With this mandate, Experience Commerce has continued to strengthen its presence in fintech, technology, and digital-first brands, building social media strategies that combine creativity, platform-native storytelling, and performance-driven marketing.
